Palencia Football Academy in Spain offers players aged 19–23 a unique program for development and promotion into professional Spanish clubs.
For players on this program, we select a starting club competing in the Spanish championship in Primera Territorial División, Primera División Provincial or Regional División, where the player begins his career in official competitions in Spain. We take care of all the necessary paperwork and obtaining the player's licence, which grants the right to play in official competitions in Spain. Comfortable accommodation and meals are provided at the PALENCIA INTERNATIONAL FOOTBALL ACADEMY residence.
We accompany and track the player's progress at the club and help with further promotion — and later assist in signing a professional contract, depending on the player's progress and level of skill. In the first year, a Spanish language course with a teacher at the Academy college is mandatory. In the second year, it is possible to take coaching courses and obtain a state-recognized coaching licence of the Spanish Football Federation.
The player trains at Palencia International Football Academy in the morning and with his new club in the evening. We support and track progress throughout the season.
Daily sessions with the Academy team according to the Academy schedule, plus recovery and gym.
Training with the player's club according to the club schedule.
Official matches in Primera Territorial, Provincial or Regional División with a Spanish player licence.
Progress tracking and promotion towards a professional contract.
Airfare to Spain, obtaining the D student visa in the country of residence, additional services.
NIE (residence permit) is mandatory for participation in official competitions in Spain from the third division and above. The program includes obtaining it through studies.

The minimum stay on the promotion program is 5 months. Payment in installments is possible.

The price includes the player's accommodation and meals during the trials. For recovery, the player can use the club rehabilitation center and fitness gym.

The club has 6 training fields with natural and artificial turf: 4 full-size for 11-a-side football and 2 fields for 7-a-side.

Located in the city center minutes from the school, with cozy double rooms for young players from different cities and countries, a lounge and a dining hall with a special sports menu, TV rooms, and laundry service. After a recent renovation, players feel even more comfortable despite the distance from their families and friends.
