We conduct tryouts for talented footballers who dream of developing in the professional environment
of Spanish football.
Individual tryout in a Spanish football club —
is an excellent opportunity for scouts and coaches to gather all necessary information about you.
This information is used for potentially signing a contract with the club and further employment of
the player in one of the Spanish clubs starting from 3 RFEF Division.
Included in the price: accommodation, meals, transfers and additional morning training
Come to our academy for a promotion program, after which the chances of getting a professional contract in Spain will be significantly higher.

This exclusive program is designed for players who want to enter professional football in Spain and seek intensive development experience. Over 15 days, footballers will combine high-performance training with the coaching staff of Real Racing de Santander and a week of integration into the team's preseason training camp.

Player trains at the International Academy PALENCIA INTERNATIONAL FOOTBALL ACADEMY. The footballer has morning sessions with the Academy team and trains with his new club in the evening. We support and track the player's progress at the club and help with further advancement. In the future, we assist in signing a professional contract, depending on progress.
NIE (residence permit) is mandatory for participation in official competitions in Spain from third division and above
Week-long trials with full immersion in academic environment
To enroll in the "Preferente" program, it is necessary to complete week-long trials. During trials, the footballer lives at the Academy boarding with full board, conducts twice-daily training and testing, studies Spanish daily. For recovery, can use the club rehabilitation center and fitness center.
After completing trials, a decision is made about enrollment in the program and the possibility of selecting a club to start the player's career in Spain.

Answers to popular questions about tryouts
Three types of programs are available: 1) Short-term tryouts (1 week - €2000, 2 weeks in two clubs - €3500 with accommodation and meals), 2) Preferente promotion program with Academy, 3) Long-term preparation with tryout at 3RFEF club (€7500 with NIE and annual medical insurance).
Tryouts are available for players from age 19. This is related to Spanish club requirements and the need to obtain a residence permit (NIE) for participation in official competitions in Spain.
The Preferente Program is a promotion program with the Academy, where the player combines morning training at Palencia Academy with evening training at a Division Preferente club. Includes obtaining residence permit (NIE), daily Spanish language study, coaching courses with Spanish Football Federation coaching license, full accommodation and meals, medical insurance. We support the player and help with signing a professional contract.
The long-term preparation program with tryout costs €7500 and includes annual medical insurance. Payment terms: €3000 upon program booking, €3000 on visa receipt and flight ticket purchase day, €1500 upon arrival at academy. Program includes 2-3 months of intensive preparation until NIE is obtained and one-week tryout at 3RFEF club.
NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero) - Spanish residence permit, which is mandatory for participation in official football competitions in Spain from the third division and above. The long-term program includes full legal support for obtaining NIE, including preparation of all documents for student D visa.
Two options are possible: A) Club is interested - player joins the team, gets accommodation with players and financial compensation (salary), no additional payments except meals. B) Club has doubts - can negotiate team inclusion for €8000 compensation to club + €300/month for accommodation, meals at player's expense.
The Academy is located in Palencia city, Castile and León region, Spain. Coordinates: 42.0096° N, 4.5286° W. Distance to Madrid: 1.5 hours by high-speed train. Nearest airports: Madrid (180 km) and Valladolid (50 km). Transfers from the Academy to clubs for tryouts throughout Spain are organized.
